How Do I Return A Product?
At Teaching Planet.com we want you to be totally satisfied and delighted with
your purchase. Therefore, we have a money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you’re
unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Returns MUST be made within 30 days of purchase.
To return a product to Teaching Planet.com:
- If you live in Connecticut, you can bring the merchandise back to one of
our 4 locations listed on the home page under the "Visit Our Stores" section or
call customer service toll free at 1-877-809-TOYS (8697) for the location nearest to you.
If not, simply follow the instructions below.
- Call customer service toll-free at 1-800-307-6278 or e-mail at info@teachingplanet.com to get a return authorization
number. If it is determined that the return is due to our error, please ship the item back to us via U.S. Post and we will pay the return shipping!
- Wrap the package carefully, using the original shipping box, if possible.
Items should be wrapped in their original packaging, if
not defective.

Can I Return an Item Received as a Gift?
Yes. You can return a gift for store credit by calling Customer Service
at 1-800-307-6278. Again, returns MUST be made within 30 days of purchase.
