Although we strive to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, occasionally items become unavailable and this is not reflected on the site. If any items in your order prove to be unavailable, you will be notified by email within 2 business days or on the following Monday for orders placed on Friday or over the weekend. Please be advised that these items will not be shipped to you at a later date (unless you place a new order when the item becomes available again). If you have only ordered one item and that item is unavailable, your order will then be cancelled. If you have ordered multiple items and one or more items are unavailable, then we will either ship the balance of your order or cancel your order altogether (at your instruction). We have adopted this policy because manufacturers discontinue items throughout the year, and we cannot guarantee that a particular item will be available again.
